Permaroof Substrate Soil has been blended to give a perfect mix for extensive Green Roofs, and is a free draining formulated layer consisting of organic, inorganic, mineral and recycled components. Sometimes sintered clay or slate is added to aid the absorption of rainwater. The material is lighweight and helps minimise weight on the roof structure.

We advise that you use 4 x 25kg bags per m2.
